In order to win the bids, our CEO held several meeting with sales manager and production manager. We quote our customer the bottom price,our profit is very tiny. Then we negotiated with airline company many times and they update price and flight every day with us,so as to help us find the best way for the shipping. On the other hand,production manager went to the plant almost every day to supervise the process from printing to QC, just to make sure every sector goes well. Take the big thermal white number for example, not every company can do such big flat numbers clearly and ensure the position of the number align well.
